Ford Owner Mobile App


As part of a larger effort to improve vehicle onboarding and ownership experience, Ford Motor Company, the second-largest U.S.-based automaker wanted to create a mobile application that would serve their new and existing customers.


Creating a compelling experience that caters to a diverse user base of vehicle owners on a tight deadline was no simple task. Additional challenges that arose from a high number of technological constraints needed to be solved. 


Employing an iterative design process, the result was a mobile application that achieved the set business goals while providing an experience that is low on friction and one that prioritizes the most compelling functionality and content.
